Monthly Statement Login Instructions

Your username & password

Your official Rubber Board email creates your login: username is the part before @, and password is that same part plus @ — for example, imp@rubberboard.org.in gives username imp and password imp@.

First-time OTP setup

Download Google Authenticator (or Microsoft Authenticator / Authy).
Enter your username and password, then continue to OTP.
On the OTP screen, scan the Authenticator QR code shown.
Enter the 6-digit OTP from the app to complete linking.
After linking, only the authenticator OTP works for future logins.

Every login

Enter your username and password.
Click Continue to OTP.
Open your authenticator app and enter the current 6-digit OTP.
Submit before the OTP timer resets, then choose a statement type.
